This website (tradedesk.rbtrading.site) and the RB Trading Trade Desk are operated by RB Trading Ltd ("RB Trading", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your journal trade data stays on your device. The RB Trading Pro Journal stores your trades in your browser's local storage. We do not receive or store your journal entries on our servers unless you explicitly enable a cloud backup or broker sync feature, in which case only the data required for that feature is transmitted.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your email and account data for as long as you are a subscriber and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider's settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (section 8).
Access is served over HTTPS, member access is gated, and device identifiers are stored only as non-reversible hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using section 10. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
This service is intended for adults (18 and over) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
